Toby recently completed a house purchase survey for me, which was completed very efficiently and was extremely thorough and considered. I would highly recommend him as a surveyor, and his willingness to discuss the contents of the survey as the house purchase proceeded was extremely helpful.
After noticing that our banks’ surveyor had terrible reviews we were looking for someone to do a homebuyers report on a property we are buying. I came across Toby on google and he had great reviews. I spoke to Toby and he was very helpful and has been amazing! Everything has been done very quickly and thoroughly.
We used Toby’s.services for the first time in 2019 to purchase a 2 bed Victorian terrace in York, we were very impressed with the response times to our initial enquiry and the quality of the survey report provided. We have recently had a full structural survey completed by Daniel for a house we are purchasing. He was incredibly efficient, great at communication and went above and beyond to help us through the process. Daniel spoke to us before he visited the property and on the day of his visit to give us the headlines. We then received the full report in a timely manor and with great detail. We would highly recommend Daniel and would look to use him again if needed.
Daniel conducted a full structural survey of a house in York for me. After first making contact he was able to arrange and conduct the inspection within less than a week. He then gave me a call immediately after the inspection and gave a detailed summary as well as answering all my questions.
