We booked, but arrived early on the off chance. The staff had no issues accomodating us early. Service was prompt, but not pushy. The process was explained, and we were left to start whilst our drinks arrived.
We visited on a Bank holiday and although we booked a table there were plenty of spaces at lunchtime. The waiting staff were very friendly and helpful as we had asked for a quiet area to accommodate those with health problems in our party and also needed to park a wheelchair.
Booked a table for 2 for Sunday lunch roughly 3 weeks ago now, we were not disappointed. Lunchtime buffet was 19.95 each and that included a all you can eat buffet/salad bar that included regular salad and vegetable items but also cold meats and a couple of lovely stews.

Really good pizza and pasta. Lunch price is reasonable at £9.50 per main course. Not too happy with the optional 10% service charge when bill was presented but the service was okay. Unfortunately the food had given us rather bad indigestion problems. Still the taste of food couldn’t be faulted.
There’s a new guy in town!!! Lovely meal with attentive but not intrusive staff. Great steaks! I’d recommend giving these guys a go.
Tapas is probably my favourite food to have for lunch. Vitoria was a spur of the moment choice and it was an excellent find.

Lovely authentic Italian restaurant. Reasonably priced and with a good selection of dishes. The puddings looked very good but we were too full to try them.
I would rate it more then 5 stars! Best pizza I’ve had in the UK! Beautiful.
Cosy family run Italian. Good food not spectacular. Mains arrived as they cleared starters, on cold plates. Reasonable prices for york. Friendly staff.
