We provide racquet and squash products throughout the UK. Ian Tooms established I T Sports in 1988 originally in a small shop in Haxby, near York.  He moved to the popular retail park of Clifton Moor in 1991. Ian’s playing career has been largely spent playing squash and he has played Yorkshire Premier League for eight years for Wigginton Squash Club. Ian helped the team win not only three Yorkshire League championships but also the 2007 England National Squash club championships.

Such a great team here at Up and Running York. I had Barbara and Andy help me narrow down five different pairs of running shoes to get the right ones for me. Barbara was very patient and suggested handy methods for picking between shoes, so I have to say thanks for that!
I have been searching for a particular type of shoe due to a foot injury. I must admit I rarely leave reviews but Barbara was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Talked through my injury, tried on numerous pairs of shoes and she also did internet research, all without any pressure to buy. A really great experience and will only ever use this shop for running equipment from now on. 10 out of 10, excellent service.
The salesperson was very helpful when I went in for a new pair of running shoes, he recommended several pairs based on my goals and helped me choose the best pair. I never felt pressured to buy or rushed to choose, it was a great experience.
