Jason and his team provided a very professional service. We urgently required a new boiler and Jason went out of his way to ensure that we got a replacement as soon as possible. He took the time to talk us through what would be required to complete the work and provided a very fair quote for the work necessary without any pressure to make any decision. Jason and his team are polite, genuine and friendly.
From start to finish the service we received from Jason and his team has been excellent. Job discussed in depth and quoted within budget to our specifications with helpful suggestions along the way. The actual job was completed very efficiently and to a very high standard explaining all the work done and ensuring we were satisfied before leaving.
Very impressed with Jason. Turned up when he said he would, did a good job at a fair price.
The job turned out to be more complex than expected and needed additional parts and a return visit but didn’t charge any additional labour

We highly recommend Stuart for his first class quality workmanship. He provides an excellent friendly service and really helps when you need him. He is reliable and shows up when he says he’s coming. Very happy with the works he has done for us. 👍👍

Contacted Ben for installation of a new radiator and moving another one, was one of a couple of plumbers I had to quote for the job. He was professional and clearly explained what he’d need to do without being condescending, like the others had been, he was interested in the renovations and offered some advice. Easy to communicate with and trustworthy. Highly recommended. Please don’t go elsewhere!!!
Right from initially contacting Ben to discuss him fixing our leak he was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He told us the best options to make it most affordable both now and for the longer term. He arrived on time, was easy to chat to and is great with dogs! Ben got straight to work and got the job done. Would definitely recommend!
We have called Ben twice recently: once to fit a new tap and second time he responded really quickly when we were without any heating and hot water. Rang him first thing in the morning and he was there by 11am. Work is of a high standard and happy to recommend Ben and his work.
