K L Photographers is owned and run by Steve Rivoira & Nikki Hirst who took over from the Kay’s in September 2014. Steve worked for Dennis & Delia Kay for 25 years prior to taking on the small business. Nikki has worked with KL since requesting her work experience with them in her last year at school. Nikki created her own business in 2005, allowing her own photography to grow. Nikki Pix Photography still runs alongside KL today and Nikki has a well-established client list.

Fabulous service from this Company, my 5 friends and I have been friends for. over 55 years, and came to York to celebrate for our 60th birthday 🎂 😊 This lovely lady came to the hotel, went above and beyond, moving furniture, making us comfortable. The photos arrived quickly and are really good, we’ve had difficulty choosing
Nikki did my wedding photo’s and I couldn’t of asked for anyone/anything better, they are absolutely stunning. As I had someone else originally booked for my wedding, but with his lack of interest and his attitude, i decided to look for a new photographer and luckily I found Nikki. She made me at ease with her professional and caring attitude, which the 1st photographer didn’t do.
Excellent service and very friendly, professional team. Nikki is an amazing photographer, very patient and always helpful. We first met Nikki when we asked her to photo our wedding. The day went without a glitch with many guests commented how good and organised Nikki was at keeping the photos flowing.

I have been to 3 weddings this year and Vicky was the photographer at all of them and the photos are just amazing!
Vicky has done quite a few photo shoots with us, we had our maternity shoot, family photos, school photos and now our wedding day
Vicky is an amazing photographer. She is extremely personable and really takes into consideration who she is working with and the environment she is also working in to get the best pictures. She is not afraid to make suggestions if she doesn’t feel it’s right and she is very discreet, we hardly knew she was there.
