I personally want to thank the members of staff in this store for not selling me a phone today. I lost my phone last night and was fully prepared to buy a new one which they did not allow as they were adamant that it could be recovered. The phone is recovered, i am not but i truly cannot express how thankful i am for them.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Especially Sye who reserved the phone I wanted and was very knowledgeable regarding the tariffs available. Great service highly recommend.
I popped in to the branch in Redfield on the offchance to sort out an issue with my galaxy A10. The kind gentleman explained my problem and said that the purchase I was about to make was unnecessary. I offered to pay for his time and expertise but he said that it was not required and that he would take no money from me.

Outstanding service, great quality parts and products. I had them to repair a broken Iphone 7 screen and home button. They were pretty straight, the button could not work properly for some incompatibility but the were going to try anyway. If it didn’t work they won’t charge me for trying. Finally worked perfectly, I have a new phone for a few ££
