Working with Lena is a dream. She is so calm and kind and her gentle and genuine nature puts you instantly at ease as if talking to an old friend.
We first came across Lena on the festival of functional medicine where my daughter and I took part in a childrens meditation.
I feel very lucky and proud to know Lena personally. Lena is a kind of person that is always on your side, sharing her wise, calming thoughts and ideas that suit your situation the best way. My son is a first grader and he has some behavioral issues at school.
I am very greatful for having a consultation with Lena. I can undestand my daughter better. I also have a recording of it and I can replay even with my husband. I also have received a supporting information with the list of books.
