Following a disappointing result from the Parliamentary Health Service Ombudsman, I wanted a solicitor to pursue my case further. I tried 5 of the big names, who advertise regularly, but without success as the time limitation of 3 years had only 5 months remaining. I contacted Medical Solicitors and after reviewing my case Lyndsey in York agreed to investigate further for me.
Medical Solicitors have been fantastic so far, they was the only firm to take my case on with the 3 year deadline only 3 months away, they have acted very quickly in gathering as much documentation as possible and reaching out to the necessary people to further the case on, they also acted very quickly in getting an extension to the deadline to allow detailed and further investigation into the claim.
Sarah at Medical Solicitors made a difficult process so much easier and less daunting. She is thorough and communicated everything clearly throughout, she is dedicated, hardworking and very knowledgeable.
