Had my first ever massage with Margherita today, and it was incredible! I’ve never felt so relaxed. I deal with pretty bad chronic pain, so I went for a neck, back and shoulder massage. The level of attention she gave was amazing,
I’ve had a couple of sessions now with Alessandra and all have been wonderful – she’s very warm and considerate, and takes great care over her therapy. I have been going to Rakesh for a few weeks now to help with a stiff (not quite frozen, but on the verge) shoulder and tight neck/back. He’s been great and I feel immeasurably better every time I go. He is highly professional, caring and knowledgeable and seems to know exactly what to do to ease pain and free up stiffness. Highly recommended!
I have struggled with my shoulder and neck pain for many years and I have seen many massage therapists. I can’t comparable any of my previous experience with the massage with Rakesh. For the first time, I felt relieved and did not feel like my shoulder was a burden to my body anymore.
We came from Finland to visit England and we have been walking quite a lot. As my husband has bad legs, so it was more and more painful to walk. He took painkillers and I gave massage for his leg but it did not help enough.

Steve assessed my Achilles heel injury quickly and I saw immediate improvements with targeted strengthening and balancing exercises and massage. Would not hesitate to recommend, Steve is professional, friendly and knows his stuff when it comes to sports injuries. Managed to run 10 K post injury and improved my running technique with Steve’s support and coaching.
