They were making a large removal. Their  crew was really helpful throughout the process. The surveyor was pleasant and knowledgeable. The service adviser was really helpful and easy to communicate with, and the work crew was outstanding. We don’t expect to remove again, but if we do, we will utilize and recommend.
I can’t say enough good things about them. They removed us twice.  Nothing is too much bother for the men, who are always calm and competent. The office staff is likewise fantastic, accommodating our need to removals near me on short notice. That  is so wonderful that I actually postponed my removal so they could remove us.

I have used Hughes removals to move myself and 2 of my other family members, they were very friendly and efficient at what can be a very stressful time. The lads got on with the job very quickly and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks very much for everything guys at a very reasonable price too.
Hughes recently moved us from York to Nottinghamshire. We did the packing ourselves beforehand. The van was loaded on the first day and the team travelled down and unloaded in our new house on the second day. From getting the quote and organising the date, the office staff were friendly and obliging.
We had a difficult move as Keys held to very late in the day. The guys were very helpful, hardworking and went above and beyond, ni ce lads too. They took great care of our stuff and nothing was damaged.
