Excellent service, came out on the same day I called, even though a Saturday. Told me exactly what was wrong and let me know my options instead of just going ahead and charging. My blocked drain was quickly and efficiently cleared and no mess left at all. Would thoroughly recommend and definitely use again. Reasonably priced too.
Having been let down by a firm promising 24/7 service and immediate response (they could only come in 2 days!) I decided a local firm was my best option. Excellent service from TC Drains. Arrived within 30 minutes en route from another job, diagnosed the problem and sorted it efficiently and cleanly and gave excellent follow up advice to prevent further problems. And at less than half the price of my original choice of firm! 5 stars is not enough.
We called Tudor for an emergency call out to deal with a blocked drain. He arrived within 20 minutes and sorted the problem. Friendly. thorough and efficient with good advice. An overall excellent service. Many thanks.
