Top quality flooring at very reasonable prices and Rob the gentleman who served me was excellent. He answered every question asked and was very knowledgeable and gave options and alternatives and even though the flooring was not in stock he didn’t give false delivery expectation but was very positive to when to expect it .
Carpet buying made easy! Have dealt with two sales guys now, once in person, twice on the phone…both were so helpful, nothing too much trouble. Greg and Justin are doing a fine job…oh and the carpets are very reasonably priced.

I purchased engineered oak planks from J S Woodcraft 140mm wide in their Ultra Grey finish as a replacement floor for a water damaged oak floor previously in situ. First class customer service from providing samples prior to selection to turning around my order in under two weeks.
Amazing customer service, quick responses, friendly and so helpful. They measure for me, advise and recommend. Would not go anywhere else for my spoilt bunnies! Have bought before and will buy again!!!!

I had taken a little time to carefully select the right engineered wood floor for my newbuild extension. JS Woodcraft were competitive but an error on the order resulted in approx £3k’s worth of the wrong flooring to be delivered. And of course the fitting was delayed.
