Went to look round for someware to put our dogs and on arrival we were very impressed on how professional the kennels are ran. The owner is very informative and very friendly. Most definitely five stars.
Just picked up our 1 year old German Shepherd after four nights …. very pleased.
Regularly use Snowlandia. The ladies who meet and great and look after the dogs are lovely. Our dog is always happy to see them and stay. He’s never afraid or sad (unlike when he goes to the groomers which is far less frequent

What We Offer:

As always, we are offering support for you, should you need us. Or quite simply, your dog may be lacking social interaction and fun with other dogs. We are following The Government social distancing guidelines & have a contactless drop off and collection arrangement when checking your dog in and out. Payment is also contactless by card or BACS. We have 3 paddocks which are 1.5 acres each with a 6FT perimeter fence for large and small dogs to enjoy an off lead experience, ideal for social distancing. This is by appointment only and access to the paddocks is contactless too.

One of my dogs was nervous after the first day and it was suggested a second day visit would be beneficial. On the second day which was a few weeks later the same women recognised my dogs and made sure she was there when we came to collect them. She gave me a detailed report on how they had become more settled at the kennels.
I have total peace of mind leaving my dog in the care of Derrings – the staff are lovely and you can see how much they all love dogs, so I know he will get plenty of love and attention. I also 100% trust their knowledge and expertise in caring for him if there were ever any issue. Every time we bring Winston he is super excited and runs inside, so I know he has a great time there with lots of exercise and play. Thank you for all your care team Derrings.
Skye is a very nervous rescue dog and we didn’t know if she would take to kennels. Brooke and the team have been brilliant. Thanks to their patience and expertise, Skye is getting more comfortable with every visit, even now mixing with other dogs in the paddock. The pick up and drop off service is an added bonus. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Derrings, what a find.

We have been using 5* Studforth for many years.
On arrival our dog Inca never looks back, to her its her “holiday home. Where even though she’s an oldie she can meet new friends etc.
I wouldn’t take Inca any other kennels.
Karen, James and Co, are the best team you could ever leave your dogs with… its our dogs holiday home… they are.happy going and just as happy when u pick them up.

Our dog stayed the weekend for the first time and was well looked after. We will return. Highly recommended.
