This was my first time trying acupuncture and I have to say that I found it hugely beneficial for particular problems I was having and it also left me feeling very relaxed, which was an additional bonus.
I first started my acupuncture treatment with Tiziana in summer 2020 after having some health difficulties. I started with the intention of improving an eye condition I was diagnosed with and my treatment not only helped me to get this under control but also improved my overall health, physically and mentally.
My chronic back, hip and leg pain was ruining my life. I thought I would never walk, run or dance again. I developed an appalling limp where I lurched through the day, dreading having to move at all even if it meant only walking across a room.
