Really pleased with the service I received today. I rang this morning because the lock on my front door wasn’t working and Kevin came out within the hour. He explained what the problem was and fixed it quickly and for a reasonable price. Plus he was friendly and conscientious – my daughter was asleep upstairs so he worked super quietly to make sure not to wake her. Would definitely recommend Laurel Bank Locksmith!
Kevin provided an excellent service, booking in an appointment which fitted in with my work, explaining different lock type options and fitting a new lock for me. He even adjusted the fitting so the handle is now easy to shut and lock. Great service and at a reasonable price. I would definitely use again. Thank you!
