Elizabeth & the team at Rowley and Sons have been incredible in such a difficult situation. My father in law suddenly passed away & we had never had such close experience before. Elizabeth was by our side through every part of the process, being both professional and friendly, and made everything seem smooth and as if nothing we asked was too much or a silly question.
Thank you to everyone at Rowleys for a beautiful funeral yesterday, for my partner who died on 11th February. Everything was done respectfully and sensitively, and a couple of last-minute changes that I wanted to make were accommodated without fuss.
