I had them to repair a broken Iphone 7 screen and home button. They were pretty straight, the button could not work properly for some incompatibility but the were going to try anyway. If it didn’t work they won’t charge me for trying.
Excellent service. Had my iPhone OLED fixed within an hour here for a very decent price. Very knowledgeable chap and very friendly, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in York
If you need a screen repair for your phone you must come here especially if you have an iphone!! He uses real apple screens unlike most in town where they use cheap screens and charge high prices that can ruin your phone.

Excellent company, very helpful and efficient, they replaced the glass on my iPad Air and my iPhone and changed the batteries. I had a small issue with the iPad after the glass was replaced and they could not have been more helpful, the issue was rectified really quickly without any fuss. I will only use this company in future, they are great to deal with, and all at a fair price, highly recommended

Super service. Went in for a cracked iPad screen, ended up fixing my phone too and sorting out some new cases for both my phone and the iPad. Service was fast, friendly and a really decent price. The best repair store in town! I was reluctant to bin my broken headphones, so I was looking for a miracle. Out of the five repair stores I consulted, only the owner of Phone Universe was willing to attempt to repair my headphones. The other stores just told me it was not fixable.
On a day trip to York, I ended up smashing my iPhone screen. Having found these positive reviews, I marched to Phone Universe! I had no doubt that my phone would be in trustworthy hands. 40 Minutes later, I returned and had a brand new screen. Fast, friendly service – highly recommended
Dropped in here with broken phone. Turkish gentleman couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Said phone would cost too much to repair but was able to adapt a spare phone I had, initially at no cost but after about half an hour of his time accepted £20. An honest and prompt service. Highly recommended.
