Mark and his team installed a lightweight fiberglass replacement roof on our conservatory with the minimum of fuss. Always both friendly and professional, the installation is a high quality option and, after completion,
if you are looking for a first class tradesman that turns up when promised and does and excellent job at a reasonable price then I can highly recommend York Home Improvements Mark replaced our conservatory roof at the end of 2020.
Mark did a conservatory roof for us in lightweight tiles. The work was of high quality and a very reasonable price. He left the site very tidy after completion. Mark was very friendly and has given us some good advice about another job we have pending. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him for any home improvement job.

I have used Richard and his team at RKS several times (from an urgent repair to a complete re-roofing, and insulation installation as well) over the last few years and can only say that they are unbeatable. Not only are they excellent workmen who do a brilliant job, but they are prompt, turn up when they say they will, friendly, courteous and reliable.
We have used Richard and his team a couple of times now for roof repairs and would not look at another company. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. The team is very hard working when on site and Richard keeps you constantly updated with photos of the work being performed.
We used RKS a few times. Richard and team last year came to replace the roof on a property we moved into, the existing roof was in a terrible state of repair. They did an amazing job, everything was up to a great quality, even our builder was very impressed with the end result.

I asked GNR to inspect the roofs in our home, which is a collection of 19thC converted agricultural buildings that had been completed about 4 years ago. The problem was that the original architect and their contractor for the project had recommended that the original old tiles could be safely reused and that they would last for many more years.
The guys from GNR fixed a leak in our attic room due to cracked flashing around the chimney stack. I couldn’t have asked for a better service. Great comms, very polite, arrived early and put in 3 full days work – were always two of the guys working.
I had a replacement roof fitted by GNR and I was very happy with the service I received. The quote was detailed and it incorporated well thought out solutions to some of the problems my existing roof was exhibiting. The team turned up when they said they would and they saw the job through to completion.
