We have been working with Anya and the team for a number of years and have always found them to be professional and helpful. We have also always been impressed with the expertise and specialist knowledge they offer.
Stayed at the same property they managed for 4.5 years and had very good relationship with them throughout. There were property visits twice a year and it was easy to report any broken items, usually gets resolved in a week or so. Letters keeps a high professional standard on management and maintenance.
I loved living in this flat! Any maintenance issues I raised were always dealt with really quickly and all the staff were always really helpful and friendly. Also, letters were really fair when moving out with the deposit and stuff which was great. Thanks for being a fab letting agency.

I’ve rented a flat through Ashtons for 1 year. While I’ve never previously had good experiences with letting management companies, Ashtons was very different. They were always responsive, kind, and helpful. On one occasion, I was unable to open a door in the flat because of a small issue with the handle. Though it was after hours, an Ashtons manager quickly came out and helped unlock the door. Unfortunately we’ve since left York, but if we ever move back, we will definitely look to Ashtons for Lettings.
I am really happy with our business together. It was a smooth process coming into the property and likewise my moving out was with ease. The staff are friendly, were empathetic giving a full understanding when my circumstances required. Well done.
