The owner was heartwarming. Not to mention the food was tasted fantastic. Stayed in York for two nights and we came to have lunch twice! Their Takoyaki is a must-try item! Delicious 😍
Falled in love with it after reading information on the desk near the entrance. While I was eating women gives me water and sauce. I feel like I’m on granny’s house lunch😃 Also I tell you that this place is suits for travellers beacuse they accept cash payment.

We were wandering the streets of York and came across this little gem and had to try it out 🤤 Food is outstanding and I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting Japanese food in York 😊

After ordering at the brew York bar, it seemed that our order was either misheard or entered incorrectly and thus we were undercharged! However when we mentioned this to the staff they gave us the missing items free of charge even when we offered to pay, safe to say we will be back as the food itself was simply amazing and the customer service second to none!
My brother and I were visiting York for a day and fancied some tasty food, after a quick google search and looking at the menu online we were sold! The food was so delicious! My favourite were the bao buns, we got korean pulled pork and omg it was so tender and juicy and delicious! The jumbo wings and korean strips were also favourites. I’m from the midlands so it’s a shame there isn’t another branch closer!

Head into Brew York and then upstairs. You’ll enter a huge hall with Yuzu on the left. Order from the friendly staff there and the wait was about 10mins for 3 boa buns, siracha chips and crispy wings.

Excellent service, even though it was starting to get busy with lunch time rush, staff were very helpful and friendly. Food is no longer collect from the conveyor due to covid, but order via a QR code, even though the app wasn’t working properly, order went through and made fresh to order. Highly recommended!

Food is excellent, staff is friendly and welcoming. I must say the chef is very participative, communicative and cheerful with the customers.

Went there for lunch yesterday. We don’t have sushi very often so every time we do we try sth new. This time it was the Yo Mix and the shiitake mushrooms ramen. Both were nice but not my favourite. The place needs a bit of atmosphere as well.
